The Sandpit is perfect for a relaxing getaway with stunning views of Kāpiti Island; situated on an elevated fully fenced section, facing the beach. Located on the spacious lower level of the house, the Sandpit features a large lounge area and sunroom with captivating ocean view, queen bedroom and twin bedroom. Enjoy a swim in the sea or a stroll along the beach. The indoor spa is a great way to end the day.
Welcome to the Sandpit
Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, the Sandpit is a throwback to the 70s and 80s, with retro features and plenty of cedar timber. A large unit of over 120sqm, there are plenty of different places to relax and unwind, with ocean views in the right spots.
